By accessing the Site, submitting a booking request, or engaging us for Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.
2. Description of Services
Plumbing Unit provides residential and commercial plumbing services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area, including but not limited to:
- Leak detection and repair
- Drain cleaning and unclogging

- Garbage disposal repair and installation
- Hydro jetting services
- Repiping and PEX pipe installation

We serve Dallas, Fort Worth, and surrounding DFW communities, including Plano, Frisco, Garland, Irving, Mesquite, Grand Prairie, Denton, Carrollton, McKinney, Richardson, and other nearby areas. Service availability may vary by location and technician schedule.
3. Eligibility and Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to submit a service request or enter into an agreement for Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the booking form or otherwise contacting us, and to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
4. Service Requests, Estimates, and Scheduling
Submitting our online booking form or contacting us by phone is a request for service, not a guaranteed appointment. We will confirm appointment availability by phone, text, or email. Where we advertise a free service call, the service call fee is waived only when you proceed with the recommended repair; if you decline the recommended work, a standard diagnostic or trip fee may apply and will be disclosed to you in advance. Final pricing is provided as an upfront estimate after a technician inspects the issue on-site, and no chargeable work will begin without your approval. Same-day and 24/7 emergency service is offered on a best-efforts basis and is subject to technician availability.
5. Payment
Payment for completed Services is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on the Site or communicated by our staff. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees, interest, or referral to collections to the extent permitted by law, and you agree to reimburse reasonable collection costs where allowed by law.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or late cancellations may be subject to a trip or rescheduling fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking or confirmation.
7. Licensing and Workmanship
Plumbing Unit’s technicians are licensed and insured in accordance with applicable Texas regulations. We obtain permits where required by law for the scope of work performed. Workmanship and any applicable warranty terms for parts or labor will be provided to you in writing at the time of service or on your invoice; manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are governed by the manufacturer’s own terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING PRICING, SERVICE DESCRIPTIONS, AND AVAILABILITY INFORMATION, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLUMBING UNIT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICES.
